Celery Fingers

Cut celery in short fingers 2" long.

Filling: Cottage cheese, mayonnaise dressing, finely chopped onion, salt. Mix together and fill celery fingers then sprinkle with grated cheese and a little cayenne pepper or finely chopped parsley.
