2 ozs. butter
2 ozs. flour
2 ozs. sugar
2 eggs
2 cups milk
Method: Cream butter and sugar, add beaten eggs and flour, mix well and add milk. Stir well, and bake in a buttered dish till set. Serve hot with sauce.
