1 egg
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoonful vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
1&1/2 cups self-raising flour
Method: Melt butter. Sift dry ingredients. Drop beaten egg into melted butter, combine thoroughly. Pour into well-greased tins, bake 20 minutes in a moderate oven.
