2 pkts plain biscuits (approx.)
1/2 tin condensed milk
2 cups coconut
juice of 2 lemons
cherries
colouring
Method: Place half the biscuits in sponge roll tin. Mix all other ingredients together and place on top of biscuits. Cover with another layer of biscuits. Ice with chocolate icing and decorate.
