400g egg mayonnaise
1 packet spring vegetable soup mix
1 packet frozen spinach or fresh spinach
1 bunch chives
300g sour cream
1/2 lemon
2 bunches spring onions
Ground pepper
Method: Mix together and serve in a hollowed loaf of cob bread.
Serve with bread or biscuits.
