1kg. stewing steak
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup water
1 onion, sliced
1 cup red wine
1 pkt. creme of mushroom soup
Source: Chop meat into small cubes and place in casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the meat. Cover and bake at 190° until cooked - approx. 1-1&1/2 hours.
