Sweet and Sour Tuna

1 small tin pineapple pieces
1 large tin tuna
1 tablespoon raw sugar
1 tablespoon cornflour
1 chicken stock cube
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup hot water
1 dessertspoon soy sauce
1 cup chopped green pepper
8 oz. packet frozen mixed vegetables

Method: Combine all ingredients in pan, stirring occasionally. Cook for 12 minutes.
