500g sausages
1 cup chopped celery
1 tin tomato soup
1/2 cup peas
1 large sliced onion
2 cups cooked rice
2 large grated carrots
Method: Lightly fry sausages and onions. Place in casserole. Add other ingredients and cook in a moderate oven for 1 hour. Chopped bacon is a tasty addition.
