Beef & Onion Casserole

750gms Oyster Blade Steak or Stewing Steak will do
1 x 435gms can crushed Pineapple drained
1 pkt French Onion Soup
1/2 - 1 Cup Water or Stock

Method: Dice meat, place in casserole, add pineapple, sprinkle with contents of soup packet add stock and simmer to cook in moderate oven 1/1.2 hours.
