Honey Bubble Fingers

4 oz butter or margarine
4 oz sugar
2 Tbls honey
4 cups rice bubbles
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup peanuts

Method: Melt butter, add sugar and honey, simmer for 5 mins. Add rice bubbles, coconut and peanuts and mix well. Press into slab tin. Sprinkle with coconut. Cut into fingers while warm. Keep in refrigerator.
