2 oz butter, 3 oz sugar, 1 egg, 1 cup coconut, 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup rice bubbles.
Method: Cream butter and sugar, add egg and dry ingredients. Drop tspn on tray. Bake in moderate oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
