Tuna and Chicken Loaf

470g can tuna
1 packet chicken noodle soup
1.1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
1 dessertspoon chopped gherkins
1 dessertspoon chopped onions

Method: Mix all together with 1 egg. Put in nut loaf tin and cook 40-45 minutes in moderate oven. Let stand for 5 minutes in tin, turn out and roll in dry breadcrumbs.
