Salmon Roll

250 gms cream cheese
chopped mixed nuts
1 tblspn lemon juice
220 gms salmon drained
1 pkt French onion soup

Method: Soften cheese, add soup, salmon & juice. Make long rolls & roll in chopped nuts, wrap in foil & chill till firm. Serve. Serve on slices of cucumber or biscuits.
