1 cup sugar
3/4 tbspn mustard
1 egg
1 tbspn flour
1 tspn salt
Method: Mix in a saucepan. Heat whilst you add 1.1/2 cups milk and mix. Add 1 cup white vinegar gradually while stirring. Stir till thickens. Add a nut of butter.
