French Casserole

1.5 kg blade steak, cubed
2 slices bacon, chopped
2 carrots, 2 peppers, sliced
3 onions, sliced
1 tin mushrooms in butter
1 cup stock

Method: Brown steak, bacon & onions, put into casserole dish, add all other ingredients, bake in moderate oven for 1.5 hours. 
Add: - carrots and peppers
Bake moderate oven for 1&1/2 hours
