Tuna and Rice Salad

1 cup cooked rice
1 large carrot
1 small onion
1 tin peas or cooked fresh peas
1 tin chunk-style tuna

Method: Grate onion and carrot, chop tuna and mix all together. Top with grated cheese and sliced egg.
