3/4 cup raw sugar
1 cup wholemeal S.R. flour
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup sultanas
Method: Melt 1 tablespoon honey and 125g margarine and stir into dry ingredients. Press into tray and bake in moderate oven until pale brown. Ice while warm with lemon icing.
